Published TRENZON policy, reproduced from the existing policy service. Order-specific information is confirmed by support.
This policy explains how TRENZON handles information used by the TRENZON shopping and social-commerce app.
INFORMATION WE PROCESS We process account and contact details, delivery addresses, order and payment status, support requests, device and security data, and content you choose to post such as reels, covers, captions, comments and product tags.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED We use information to provide accounts, shopping, delivery, payments, order updates, customer support, fraud prevention, app security, reels publishing and moderation, and to meet accounting or legal requirements.
PAYMENTS Payment details are handled by the selected payment provider. TRENZON stores payment references and status needed to verify and reconcile an order, not your full card number or UPI PIN.
SHARING Information may be shared with service providers needed for hosting, payments, delivery, communications and support, and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.
YOUR CHOICES You can manage available profile, address and reels controls in the app. You may request access, correction or deletion through the Account section or by contacting contact@trenzon.com.
RETENTION AND SECURITY Records are retained only as needed for service, security, orders, accounting and applicable requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
CHILDREN The app is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact us if a child submitted personal information.

Optional website analytics: With your permission, TRENZON uses Google Analytics to measure page visits, approximate visitor country, cart additions, checkout activity and verified online payment events. We send catalogue identifiers and transaction amounts, not your name, email, phone number or delivery address. Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. You can reject or withdraw permission using Privacy choices. Google Analytics advertising storage and personalised advertising remain disabled. Analytics reports include consenting visitors and may differ from the order and payment records held by TRENZON. Google privacy information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
With analytics permission, we also measure contact-method clicks and approved marketing campaign labels. A contact click is not a confirmed enquiry, order or payment. We do not send the contact message or personal details in these events.
Optional Meta measurement: Only with a separate marketing-measurement choice, TRENZON loads the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram measurement of page views, cart additions, checkout starts, contact-method clicks and verified purchase events. Meta may process device and browser data, IP address and cookies. We do not enable automatic matching or send names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses or message text in these event payloads. Contact clicks are not confirmed leads.
