Jewellery repair, resizing & restoration enquiries
Give a treasured piece the attention it needs. TRENZON welcomes jewellery repair enquiries for rings, necklaces, pendants, earrings and bracelets. Share the material, damage and photographs to discuss the repair options and assessment process.
Describe the piece and repair
Tell us whether you need a ring resized, a broken chain or clasp assessed, a damaged setting checked or a piece restored. Include metal purity or hallmarks if known, stone details and photographs of both the whole piece and the affected area.
Check stones and construction
The material, stone treatment, setting and previous repairs can affect what is possible. If a stone or claw is loose, stop wearing the piece and keep it safe until it can be assessed. Tell the team about any known treatments or earlier alterations.
Agree the size, finish and materials
Confirm measurements, replacement metal or components, the intended finish and any stone replacement specification. Some designs cannot be resized or repaired in the same way as a plain band. Final feasibility and price follow assessment.
Approve the repair and return arrangements
Ask for the repair scope, price, estimated completion time and aftercare in writing. Include your city and country; transport, insurance and any customs requirements are agreed individually before an item is sent.
Frequently asked questions
Can you resize my ring?
Send the current and desired size, the metal and photographs of the band and setting. The design, stones and construction determine whether resizing is suitable.
Can a missing diamond be replaced?
Ask for an assessment of the setting and a proposed stone specification. Natural or lab-grown origin, dimensions and matching requirements should be agreed before any replacement.
Can jewellery repairs be arranged internationally?
International enquiries are welcome. The team must confirm that the piece, repair and destination can be supported before you arrange delivery.
