Tell us what needs attention
Describe when the issue started: stopped movement, inaccurate timekeeping, winding difficulty, a damaged crown, loose bracelet or a cracked crystal. Include the brand, model or reference and clear photographs. Do not send the watch until the team has confirmed the receiving arrangements.
Assessment before a repair quote
The work required depends on the movement, condition and availability of suitable parts. Ask which inspection, servicing or component replacement is proposed. A photograph alone may not establish the full repair cost; confirm any assessment charge before proceeding.
Approve the work and checks
Agree the scope, parts specification, price, estimated timing and any service warranty in writing. Ask which timekeeping and water-resistance checks are included for your watch. Water resistance should not be assumed after a repair or modification.
Arrange collection or delivery
Include your city and country with your enquiry. Collection, insured transport, customs requirements and return arrangements must be agreed for your destination. International enquiries do not mean that every watch or shipping route can be accepted.
